2. Hosting Services

IT4ALL.host provides Shared Web Hosting, Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, Website Migration, Business Email Hosting, and related web services.

3. Payments

• All hosting services must be paid in advance.
• Services are activated after successful payment verification.
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are generally non-refundable once processed.

5. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use our services for:

• Illegal activities
• Malware or phishing websites
• Spam or bulk email
• Copyright infringement
• Adult or prohibited content
• Cryptocurrency mining or abusive resource usage

Any violation may lead to immediate suspension without prior notice.

6. Resource Usage

Although our plans include generous resources, customers may not abuse server resources in a way that negatively impacts other users on the shared hosting environment.

7. Website Backups

We perform regular backups; however, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups. IT4ALL.host is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions or third-party software.

8. Website Migration

Free website migration is available for eligible websites. Migration time depends on website size and technical requirements.

9. Domains

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS information and renewing domains before expiration. IT4ALL.host is not responsible for domains lost due to non-renewal.

10. Support

Technical support is provided through our support system during business hours. We strive to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

11. Suspension & Termination

IT4ALL.host reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this agreement or threatens server security and stability.

12. Limitation of Liability

IT4ALL.host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Service Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately.
